I am 32 and have a sticker chart!

I am in the process of working out my alternative to edible hugs. I think I have found a winner.

Just like I did for Monkey when I was toilet training him, I will create a sticker chart. With sparkly stickers. After 16 sessions of exercising (four weeks worth) I will reward myself with getting my eyebrows threaded and buy a copy of MindFood or a similar intellectual magazine.

This all sounds good to me after the delicious creme brulee I just ate as my reward for having worked so hard and for finding two hours for myself to reconnect with a friend. All these things that need rewarding... At least I have the exercise covered, I hope it seems like a good idea after the sugar rush wears off.
