A photo and a confession!

Oh man the things I do for my readers! Here is a slightly photo-shopped photo for you Intermittent  - I felt that hot  last Monday (40C) so with that in mind and without going  into too much detail about the ability to wring out my bra after our 12km hike... Here is my biggest and most secret confession. Not even Stud1 knows about it. 

 I considered using the entire bottle of hand sanitiser all over my body as it made my hands so cool as it dried!
